We are growing and seeking experienced Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Associate Principals to join our growing team. Title and level will be determined based on relevant experience and demonstrated capabilities.
This is a hybrid opportunity, and candidates must be within a commutable distance to one of our office locations.
Level Expectations
While Consultants typically focus on project execution, analytics, and developing client-ready deliverables, Senior Consultants take on greater responsibility for structuring workstreams, managing day-to-day client interactions, and guiding junior team members. Associate Principals lead client engagements, oversee project delivery, and contribute to firm growth through client relationship management, business development, and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within engagement teams and with clients to lead primary and secondary research, develop qualitative and quantitative analyses, and generate actionable strategic recommendations
- Own and present significant portions of client deliverables to senior stakeholders
- Guide and mentor junior team members in completing project assignments and producing high-quality deliverables
- Develop and manage external relationships, including clients, vendors, and industry experts
- Contribute to intellectual capital development and thought leadership initiatives
- Play an active role in practice development and business development efforts
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and build trusted long-term relationships
Requirements
- 3-8+ years of experience in management consulting or within the life sciences industry
- Demonstrated success delivering strategy consulting engagements to life sciences or healthcare organizations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution in a relevant field (e.g., business, economics, life sciences, engineering) with a strong academic record
- Advanced degree(s) such as MBA, PhD, or MD (preferred)
- Deep interest in and understanding of the life sciences industry, including market dynamics, commercial strategy, and emerging trends
