Global Marketing Director - Global Product Strategies.

Location: GSK HQ (UK), with options for Upper Providence (US), Navy Yard (US), or RTP (US). Global travel required (approx. 20-30%).
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global product strategies.
- Translate clinical evidence into commercial opportunities and value propositions
- Lead scenario planning, risk analysis, and data-driven strategic refinement
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Medical, R&D, Market Access, Regulatory, Insights & Analytics)
- Guide launch readiness and global launch plan development
- Drive insights, forecasting, and competitive intelligence
- Foster global-to-local co-creation with LOCs and agency partners
- Represent commercial needs in governance forums

- Experience in prelaunch and post-launch commercial roles
- Strong business and scientific acumen
- Matrix team leadership and stakeholder influence
- Experience leveraging customer insights to shape strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred
- Extensive experience in marketing, encompassing broad experience in analytics, insights and payer environments
- Experience in Respiratory, Immunology, or Rare Disease therapeutic areas preferred
- Global or regional marketing experience; US market experience strongly preferred
- AGILE ways of working experience a plus
